Our LEAP Virtual Development Programme
The LEAP virtual development programme develops employees with the skills, knowledge and behaviours to connect, communicate, build relationships and engage effectively in our changing environment.
LEAP is a blended learning approach delivered over 5 modules engaging Employees and their Managers.
Our 5 modules cover learning through virtual workshops, 121 coaching, Manager guidance and weekly challenges.
Our Virtual training portfolio also includes our 100 minute Virtual Espresso Workshops. Our Espresso sessions are ‘shots of learning’ based on key themes from our LEAP programme. We develop quick wins and techniques to refresh our skills, knowledge and behaviours to support us in our ever- changing working world. These can be attended as one-off sessions or a series of sessions.
